I'd like to point out that my parents' illnesses were very different. My mother was combative, uncooperative and difficult. You all were patient, kind, understanding and skilled at how to cope with her behavior and had the professional and medical knowledge to make referrals, call upon experts, and pursue alternative courses. She was not only well taken care of, she was treated with love and empathy. We thank you and will be forever grateful.
Once alone after our mother's passing, our father considered moving to another facility since his needs were different. However, after visiting a few very fine alternatives, it was the exquisite care that he observed my mother receive that influenced his decision to stay right where he was with Caring Devotion. You competently saw to his multiple needs as his health decline and the cancer took over his already weak body. Day or night, day after day, he was in Ann's expert hands until the moment he died. We thank you and will be forever grateful.
We are relieved that we don't have anymore parents with whom to go through the end of life process as it is difficult and painful. But if we did, we would place them in your capable, caring hands for the remainder of their days. Who knows? Maybe one of us will be there some day?
Every request, every consideration, every detail in both of our parents' end of life process was fulfilled and fulfilled with grace. Words are inadequate to express our appreciation and our indebtedness to all of you. You have honered us with your service. We thank you and will be forever grateful.
I have worked with other assisted living places, and this, by far, is the best. They have all become like family to us, and to be able to know that Dad is getting the best care is priceless.
Thank you Becky, Robert and the rest of the staff for making Dad's stay not feel like a bother. They communicate with us very well, and we actually look forward to going just to see them.
I'm truly telling you, there is no better facility than Grace, and we thank them so much for their professionalism and taking care of Dad so well.
